Mimi-Jane Millinery currently is not accepting orders for custom millinery (i.e. design ideas requested by the client) but alternative colours or minor variations to existing Mimi-Jane Millinery designs can certainly be arranged. 

Variations to Mimi-Jane Millinery design orders usually require 4-6 weeks notice in writing (by email) unless otherwise agreed with Mimi. Mimi will discuss whether a surcharge applies to secure alternative materials, including transport charges. This surcharge does not apply to ready-to-wear millinery that is available to purchase from our website mimi-janemillinery.com.au

When emailing Mimi, please advise of your delivery address, contact telephone number and, very importantly, the date by which you require your millinery. 

You may also wish to provide Mimi with a photograph of your outfit that you plan to wear with your Mimi-Jane Millinery to assist the design process.

Please note that millinery orders which require a Mimi to secure alternative materials etc. require payment of a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the purchase price of the millinery to be paid upon confirmation of order by Mimi-Jane Millinery. You will receive a PayPal invoice from Mimi-Jane Millinery requesting that payment.

A photograph of your millinery will be provided upon completion. The balance of the purchase price of the millinery must be paid prior to shipment.
