Ordering Custom Millinery
Mimi-Jane Millinery accepts orders for custom millinery designed to your suit your special occasion.
Custom millinery orders usually require 4-6 weeks notice in writing (by email) unless otherwise agreed with Mimi (our Milliner). Please also note that a surcharge of 15% may apply to custom millinery orders. Mimi, our milliner, will discuss the price of the custom millinery order with you during your consultation and whether a surcharge applies. This surcharge does not apply to ready-to-wear millinery that is available to purchase from our website mimi-janemillinery.com.au
When emailing Mimi, please advise of your delivery address, contact telephone number and, very importantly, the date by which you require your millinery. If you are located in Adelaide, or are visiting Adelaide, you may wish to book an consultation with Mimi in person in our millinery studio which is based in the heritage Epworth Building on 33 Pirie Street, Adelaide (CBD).
You may also wish to provide Mimi with a photograph of your outfit that you plan to wear with your Mimi-Jane Millinery to assist the design process.
Please note that custom millinery orders require payment of a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the purchase price of the millinery to be paid upon confirmation of order by Mimi-Jane Millinery. You will receive a PayPal invoice from Mimi-Jane Millinery requesting that payment.
A photograph of the custom millinery will be provided upon completion.The balance of the purchase price of the custom millinery must be paid prior to shipment.
